Modern-boho San Diego wedding
Our wedding at Luce Court Legacy Plaza in San Diego was extra special and unique in all the best ways. Mildred and Herbert were clients of a good friend, and amazing wedding planner, Thomas, and we were so excited to be photographing their wedding with such a dream team of vendors! Chef J with Encore Catering was so impressive and their whole staff was amazing! We also loved the dessert bar by Mary Claire Ly of Moochi Pops! There were cake pops, macaroons, you name it!
Mildred and Herbert went above and beyond to make their day unique
They wanted a modern-boho meets classic elegance, and boy did they nail it! The details like their guest book were so thoughtful. They had a handmade piñata where their guests wrote a note or joke to the couple, and on their one year anniversary they will break it open! Traditions like this are the ones you will pass down to your kids and will be able to talk about for years. Anyone else want to steal this idea now?!
What’s the big deal with Sunset Cliffs?
Sunset Cliffs at Luce Court Legacy Plaza was extra special to the newlyweds. This is where Herbert proposed to Mildred! I love that they will always have this remarkable spot to celebrate their special moments together! This is where they decided to spend their lives together, saw each other for the first time on their wedding day, said “yes” to being a married couple, and maybe in the future will be where they take their family!
