Susan, the assistant to the C-suite executives, and Jason, the resident IT consultant and unofficial office therapist, found themselves drawn to each other like two characters in a classic Hollywood romance. Their very first exchange took place at the office Halloween party, where they bonded over their shared passion for movies, particularly Robert Altman’s 1977 film “3 Women.” From there, their connection blossomed as they indulged in long, martini-filled lunches at Maggiano’s Little Italy at The Grove, ultimately leading them to pen their own love story.

Photographing Susan and Jason’s special day at The Hollywood Roosevelt was a delight! We started capturing the couple’s exquisite moments of preparations and heartfelt getting ready moments with loved ones. Jason looked handsome as ever in his suit. We walked into Susan’s room as the makeup artist was finishing up her makeup and were left breathless with her stunning beauty. The bridal ‘dress’ had a unique story that left us in awe – crafted by her mom in three separate pieces, it was a marvel, exuding grace and individuality. To complement this, her mom also fashioned a bowtie for Jason from the same fabric, adding an extra touch of sentiment and style.

One of the most memorable parts of the day was the couple’s indoor ceremony, set against a backdrop that emanated a vintage glow, creating an ethereal ambiance that perfectly matched the occasion. Susan and Jason’s radiant presence and the love that flowed between them made our job an absolute joy. We captured the adoration, tenderness, and lifelong commitment shining through their eyes, creating a timeless portrait of enduring love.

After their union, we led the newlyweds to capture stunning portraits, embracing the picturesque backdrops and the vintage chic décor of the venue.
