WooWee! August was another jammed packed month of our 2015 wedding season!
We started out the month with another Boudoir Session Weekend at the beautiful Westgate Hotel in Downtown San Diego! The weekend was filled with stunning hair and makeup by Van Nguyen and a little bubbly to calm the nerves. Everyone had such a great time we are thinking about planning another weekend with albums ready for Christmas and Valentine’s Day… who’s in?!
Personally we all had A LOT going on this month.
We started a new tradition! A few weeks back we were each feeling stressed and a little disconnected and we realized what we needed was time together are GIRLFRIENDS! So once a month we are hitting the town together. This month we started off with drinks at The Andaz followed by dinner at Ra Sushi!
Sara had an incredible time celebrating our dear friend Morgan’s bachelorette party with wine tasting in Temecula and a relaxing day at Glen Ivy Spa – sounds like heaven! Morgan is marrying the man of her dreams NEXT WEEK and we couldn’t be more excited to shoot it! (Ahhh!)
After shooting an ah-mazing wedding at La Valencia on the 9th, Rachel took some time off to have a much needed sinus surgery. She is now fully recovered and ready to rock these upcoming weddings! Rachel was feeling so good that she took one extra day off to celebrate her brother’s birthday at Disneyland. Who can resist those dill pickles!? Yummm!
Jessica has been planning her 10 year high school reunion for months and the day finally came to see it all come together! The class of 2005 had a BLAST! Jessica has been working hard “sweating for the wedding” and included her sweet fur babies on some of her workouts! She also got to LIVE THE DREAM and be a bridesmaid at a wedding! No working – just pretty dresses, cocktails and dancing… sigh.
Sara and Jessica have also been having an awesome time working out with our intern, Ally! Boxing, Burlesque danc class, Cardio Hip Hip! These girls have been having a ton of FUN!
In between it all we shot some seriously gorgeous weddings!
