Christy and Howard had a “Wild” 50th anniversary party at the San Diego Zoo! Events at the San Diego Zoo are so much fun to be a part of. I am always pinching myself that I get to photograph the coolest animals and fun-loving people!
As you know, I shoot a lot of couples of Day 1 of their marriage. But this was my first time documenting day 18,250… ie. 50 YEARS! It gives me the goosebumps to think about all my couples out there growing their families, changing people’s lives and creating so much love. Howard and Christy’s guests were a collection of family and friends who had been on their life’s journey with them. It was truly something special that I will never forget.
If you are wondering why this party looks so fabulous, thats because Christy and Howard’s daughter in an amazing wedding coordinator and our dear friend Cynthia with CZ Events. She did a beautiful job with all the planning and it was great to see her enjoy being a guest and celebrating her mom and dad!
