Last month we hosted our first France Photographers Workshop!
The training for this workshop was all about Second Shooting. We hand selected four incredible women that we know through the photography industry and spent the day instructing them on all things Second Shooting for France Photographers!
Part 1 of the day was school-time! We talked about how we expect second shooters to dress and conduct themselves on a wedding day. We discussed shooting style, posing and gear. It was great to have the 7 of us in such an intimate setting where no questions were off limits.
Part 2 was us in action! We set up a small reception table and went over our style of shooting wedding day details. We then went out and shot each other! We talked about finding and harnessing great light, camera settings, making clients comfortable and lens selection.
It was a great day of learning and sharing!
