Mount Soledad Club Wedding - Monica and David

Monica and David had a beautiful wedding filled with family and friends over the weekend at the Mount Soledad Club. We met them at their new home where they had their first look. There was something about them seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day at their home together that had me all choked up. Not many people can have portraits in their wedding attire in the first home that they share with their spouse, and I think it’s so special!

After everyone was ready we headed over to the Mount Soledad Club. There is a park across the street that overlooks all of San Diego. I don’t think there’s another view like it! We had a great time with all the family formals and all of the bridal party portraits before hand so that Monica and David could enjoy their family and friends right after the ceremony ended. They are big San Diego beet enthusiasts so it was only fitting for them to make their own ‘black and tan’ in a Hess Brewery glass at the ceremony. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that David’s last name is also Hess :)
